DDC Dolphin provide unparalleled service and maintenance programmes for hospital dirty utility rooms. Our fully qualified and trained engineers are fully-fledged members of our team whose only job is to service and maintain hospital dirty utility room appliances, and train hospital staff in its safe use.

Because DDC Dolphin directly employ full-time engineers, all of our engineers are able to carry a stock of spare parts for all major brands and models of dirty utility room appliances in their vans, which helps you to reduce down-time. Regular maintenance of your dirty utility room appliances reduces the risk of infections, the risk of down-time, and significantly reduces operating costs.

We offer full ongoing HTM 20 30 / 01 01 validation testing of your appliances and have a wealth of experience in the interpretation of results, and the production of reports. In tandem with HTM 20 30 / 01 01 validation, we offer a full audit capability of your dirty utility room operation, and disinfection performance, which is proving an invaluable tool for infection control, both in practical terms, and in evidential terms.
