Our engineers draw on twenty years of specialist experience in designing hospital dirty utility rooms / sluice rooms, and installing and servicing pulp macerators, incontinence macerators, and bedpan washer disinfectors of all makes and models, and are fully trained by Eastwood Park (NHS Training Centre) to HTM 20 30 / 01 01 standards.

DDC Dolphin breakdown and repair services provide a rapid response, accurate diagnosis, and quick repair. Our qualified engineers are employed directly by us, and make up a nationwide network, ensuring we can reach you quickly. Each engineer carries a stock of spare parts from major brands and models of equipment, minimising your down-time and expense.

DDC Dolphin offer a comprehensive range of preventative maintenance service contracts, encompassing regular preventative programmes, infection control audits / room surveys, specialist advice, and emergency response for all dirty utility room equipment, including:
